Streetfood!!!

Do you like eating streetfood? Are you craving to eat food that you see in the street?

This time of pandemic, it’s hard to go outside to visit and buy a food. So now, I introduce you to the one of the Filipino food that you see while walking in the street. Street foods are prepared or cooked food sold by vendors in a street or other public location for immediate consumption.

There have a different street food that you should taste and buy it in a cheap price.

Kikiam, Fishball and Eggball

Kikiam and fishball are the common streetfood this round-shaped food is a meatball-like product made from fish meat that you can buy only for 1 peso.While eggball is made of quial egg wrapping inside the round shape flour, the amount of buying an eggball is 2 or 3 pesos each by dipping it to the sauce or in the vinegar. The taste is good and when you are saving money for meryenda or snacks i recommend this kind of street food.

Isaw, Dugo,Paa and ulo ng manok

Are you familiar with this kind of Filipino barbecue? This kind of barbecue are called isaw (chicken intestine), dugo(blood of chicken), paa ng manok (feet of chicken) and ulo ng manok (head of chicken) are one of the best streetfoods. You can buy this food only for 5 pesos each by dipping to the vinegar and sauce are the best meryenda or snack that you should taste.

Balot

This kind of egg is called balot it is fertilized duck egg boiled cost of 10-15 pesos. When you are eating balot you should dip it to the vinegar or salt.

Fried isaw, Calamaris, and Chicken skin

Isaw (chicken intestine) are also good to eat when you fry it. Calamaris are made of fried squid and the chicken skin is the fried skin of chicken that dip in the vinegar.

Cheesestick

Cheestick is also common in the Philippines streetfood wherein in, it’s composed of sliced cheeses wrapped in spring roll wrapper that cost only 1 peso.

This are the common streetfood that you can see anywhere here in the Philippines that you can buy only in a cheapest price. Buying this food also help the vendors to gain money and also help you to save money rather than buying a food that cost big amount.
